In other words, it can also be said that whoever has the right should be given his right and there should not be any reduction or increase in it. That is, every class and every individual in the society should get the rights. They should be given to him and no distinction should be made on the basis of color, race, region, provincialism, linguistics and caste.

⚫What is Insaf?

Another name for justice is Insaf. The literal meaning of insaf is to cut in two, to make half of something. From the point of view of justice, both justice and insaf have the same meaning.

Fairness and justice play a significant role in the establishment of peace and order in the society and the elimination of corruption and corruption. It is possible to build a human society on a stable basis only when the requirements of justice and fairness are met and the criminals are punished without any punishment. If the concession is really punished, without it, the concept of a crime-free society is not possible. That is why Islam has introduced a system of limits and punishments to eliminate crimes, but the authority to implement these punishments has not been given to the people. Its management is in the hands of the government.

Allah said:

Verily, Allah, the Exalted, commands you to entrust trusts to those who are worthy of them, and whenever you judge between people, judge with fairness and justice (Surah An-Nisa: 85).

The meaning of trust has a very broad meaning that covers all the fields of religion.Entrusting the reins of the government to people with competence and ability is also a trust, Islam has given an emphatic order to it and justice and fairness in all situations. Being careful is also included in the meaning of trust. The first addressees of this order are the princes and officials, then every member of the society is bound by this order. Therefore, Islam has emphasized justice and fairness in every matter in view of this importance. In the Qur'an, justice and fairness have been mentioned on several occasions, Allah said, "There is no doubt that God commands justice and kindness" (Surat al-Nahl: 90).

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has presented the practical form of establishing justice and fairness in his blessed life. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has shown the words of justice and fairness in individual matters, family life, social issues as well as state and international affairs and strengthened it by his words and actions and suppressed oppression. The Messenger of Allah Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Help your brother, whether he is oppressed(ظلم) or oppressed (مظلوم)." Only one person asked, "O Messenger of Allah, I will help the oppressed. Tell me how I should help the oppressed brother."Prophet (PBUH) said: You will prevent him from oppression, so this is your help for him.(Sahih Bukhari: 6952)

Justice and insaf in Islam includes all aspects of individual and collective human life.Islam demands social justice from its followers. There should be no discrimination on the basis of regionalism, linguistic bias and caste and no one should be ranked high or low, if any person is honored, only on the basis of his knowledge, piety and good character.

While announcing the Human Manifesto(حجۃ الوداع) on the occasion of Farewell Hajj 10 Hijri, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) paid special attention to the rights of women, slaves, orphans, widows and subordinates and erased the distinctions of race and color for social peace and tranquility. Therefore, judicial justice is also a necessary matter. For judicial justice, it is necessary that when an oppressed person goes to a ruler, judge or judge with a complaint, he gets justice without recommendation and without bribery. The poverty of a person or the society. In Islam, the Qazi has the position and the right to call the ruler of time to the court for stand in the docks of judicial system.
